• payment:  prepay required.

• shipping: $9 flat rate

• warranty:  retail customers have a 30 day warranty from time of purchase.  warranty only covers defects, not loss or customer damage.

• returns:  ship unworn returns back within 7 days. shipping not included. ship to 81 Alida St, Ashland OR 97520. call 1-541-821-7065 for questions.

• international orders:  we only accept domestic orders at this time.

• order timeline:  pieces are made to order, so turnover time depends on size of order.  on larger orders, smaller shipments can be made as pieces are ready. otherwise, please allow 5-7 business days for orders to process.

• all jewelry is in 14K gold fill unless otherwise indicated.
